Zach Westerfield
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Zach is a co-founder of Southern Venture Partners. He is an experienced real estate investor, licensed General Contractor, engineer and operator, having served as project manager and organized capital structuring on 20+ self-sourced property rehabs, all with successful capital returns. He has 7 years of property management experience and is a General Partner in both Commercial and Multi-Family investments.
Zach previously served as an active-duty Air Force officer with 8 years experience as a development engineer managing over $2B in rapid acquisition projects for Special Forces operations throughout the U.S. and Afghanistan.
Zach lives in Forsyth, GA with his wife, Grace, and their three children, Mason, Jackson, and Charlotte.

Milt is a co-founder of Southern Venture Partners. His professional background is in Private Equity investing where he has sourced, structured, financed and led investments in real estate and operating businesses. Additionally, he has managed operational reporting and investment performance measurement of a $90M+ private investment portfolio across real estate, private equity funds, and direct operating business assets.
Milt began his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force where he was privileged to lead multiple operational roles and combat support teams throughout the U.S., Middle East, and Afghanistan.
Milt lives in Houston, TX with his wife, Kathryn, and their two children, Charlotte and Mack.
